Kai,

Austin Hardware in Texas has a good assortment of those at good prices. I didn't find that place until I'd already bought some from another vendor. I did order outside door handles from them and they are very nice.

They have several parts that are used on Teardrops.

The latch you're looking for is found under Cab Locks.

Nick.

How do you lock these things? I looked at all the cab locks and can't find a keyhole.
Started many, finished none... Bought a TTT <Sigh> ;)

Towards the bottom of the page, look for Lil' Bear Tag-Alongs...

Thanks to all.

I just did not know what I was looking for. Hopefully I can get these ordered and they will be there on my next trip to Texas.

The one in the photo is from my tear (a Hunter). It locks from the outside only (key). You could always give Hunter a call and ask them where they get them.

TJ Trailers has almost everything you need to build a tear.

Some of it is a lot cheaper than the specialty stores...

The ones my trailer use lock from the outside with a key in the handle. On the inside, I have the integrated inside handle, not the type that Kai showed in the picture. There is a small lever that locks the handle when you're inside to keep someone from opening it from the outside.
