The "Salty Tear" Is Finally Done

Postby DestinDave » Sat Aug 11, 2018 3:56 pm

Only a handful of people will remember me from long ago. I joined this forum in 2005, met a lot of great folks, went to the 2005 ITG in Minden, NE...
For a number of reasons, I was never able to get a teardrop built and then last year finally had time, health, money, and incentive all at the same time..

Took her to Indian Creek Campground, in Cherokee, NC last weekend for the maiden voyage. Last night we took it to the Antique/Classic Car Show in Hendersonville, NC to display it there - big hit with the crowd!

Many more build photos and comments on our photography website but I'm not quite finished editing it yet - it's only through the Winter months...

Simply Beautiful! I've been here a long time too. Roly's Woody is what made me fall in love with them.

Very Nice! You have some skills and your TD looks great! I'd love to see some pics of the finished inside. I looked at the pics on your website and assume you will put up the rest sometime.
I stay in Bryson City sometimes when I'm fishing in NC. I'll be camping when I get my trailer finished I'll keep an eye out for you in case you get over that way :)

That camper is a beauty. You have incorporated a lot of the same type of ideas I have for my camper plus many more ideas.
