Are there any specific requirements to make a travel trailer /camper self contained? Such as the size of water tanks, potties, propane, solar, how many days you can be self contained with out refilling, emptying?

"self contained" has no universal definition. Certainly nothing to do with time capacities.
Usually means blackwater tanks, so-called composting toilets don't count.
Specific rules vary depending on the owner / agency and specific site, and how strictly enforced, by the individual people involved.
