"Rebuild" Journals

Postby toconnor602 » Mon Jul 01, 2019 8:41 am

I was wondering if anyone knows of some good "Rebuild" Journals on here.

I completed my teardrop a few years ago. Unfortunately I have had to store my teardrop outside for the past few years and the water / winter has caused some issues. I am able to now get it into my garage to start on the rehab. Looking for anyone else out there that has went through this process. I have a Big Woody type trailer.

You all were very helpful during my build, and I look forward to documenting my "Rebuild" as well.

I've seen bits and pieces of what you're talking about, but not entire threads.

You can be a trailblazer!
Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".

Here's a rebuild thread that is fairly recent:

The trailer in the thread had bedliner over plywood, which did not stay waterproof over time. The trailer had to be re-skinned.

Tow co has informed me need 2 tires and one rim to be able to tow home and set of lights. It will be interesting to me how well the glass/foam held up will receive on July 3 Been informed vehicles in front stopped on I80 east .Car striking never tried to stop All this happen at 02.15 /2.15am
