Awesome Teardrop

Postby Kathy53 » Wed Sep 18, 2019 6:45 pm

I seen this on a Facebook group. I asked the owner if I could post a few pics of his teardrop here for you all to enjoy. I think he did an awesome job. Surprised he isn't a member here. He doesn't have a pic with the bunk bed enclosed.

I suggest that's an understatement. Slide-out wing tables on both sides for the galley. It almost appears that the galley drawers can be opened without lifting the hatch. (Oops, no. Second look revealed the drop down lower hatch.) The forward also has a hatch for more headroom in the sleeping area. I assume there's a soft cover or screen that can be installed over that tubing "structure" that follows the arch.
All-in-all, that's quite a build and very eye catching, too.

very interesting Teardrop, but being from the Pacific NW = I see 'potential' constant water leak prone area's for the future (but of course - this will 'depend' on where you live) But, I do think this it is one 'cool' tear and admire the 'thought and ingenuity' put into this build...............
