Looks like a nice setup.

When it comes to Mods, what do you not like about it? what would you like it to do that it doesnt?
What type of camping do you use it mostly for?
IE boondocking, camp ground stays, park and sit vs "hoteling" while traveling?

All give you different options from generators, to external lockers, to bike racks, canoe racks etc to consider.

Most folks here approach things from the form meets function frame of mind. Figure out what you want before you change what you have.
My build, 5x8 modified benroy "Smiles to go". Started April 2nd 2015, first trip August 2nd 2015.

I would like to add a roof rack. But they do run pretty hefty in price. I am adding undercarriage blue led lights and a solar panel 80 watts to keep the battery charged. I am working on adding a table that connects to the back galley so my wife could have a little more room. She loves cooking. I add a vent cover to be able to leave vent open especially if it rains. I added a tent to the back that fits perfect over the hatch and gives us room to lounge around and eat dinner. ImageImageImage

Nice and welcome, looks like some nice mods already. I like the galley tent. We need something like that.

The original Silver Shadow was made by Hunter. Little Guy bought them out. I had 4 x 10' Hunter Silver Shadow. You can see a picture of it over on the left of this post.

It came with a lip on the counter that I have copied for my builds.

Here's a shot of the organizer:

It looks like you could use something like that with yours.

With my Shadow, I was able to remove one of the galley doors and a Reliance 7-gallon water jug slipped in nicely. And again, I've incorporated that idea into my builds. (They're 11" x 11" and 16" deep.)

We find that having instant access to water in the galley is a must.

Welcome to the forum.:shake hands:
Your TD and set up looks great.
Here's an idea for extra space while camping.
Image
If you know someone that's handy with a welder, you could have side tables made similar to what I made for our TD.
There's other ways with a male/female piece of hardware on the TD wall for a top and you add a leg to hold it up.
We bungee it down the water jug when we change campsites in Yosemite.
