What I need to know about buying a used TD?

I'm considering buying a 2010 Little Guy Rascal. I've not driven the 2 hours to see it yet, but from the pics it looks to be in decent shape. Nothing comparable in the area to compare pricing.

I plan to look for signs of leaking, check tires, and trailer lights/wiring, but was hoping to get some input on what other things I should look for?

In my experience I'd say the most important of all things to know is that ANY rot damage from leaks that you can see is WAY worse than it looks. I've taken seven or eight old trailers apart and this rule holds consistent.

Any signs of water damage, rot, etc... I'm out. I don't have the time or skills required for dealing with that and would honestly rather overpay for a trailer than think I was getting a good deal that required more work than I want to signup for.
