Has anyone found or created a less expensive alternative tha

I've noticed that when I'm at a campsite with WiFi, getting a signal inside our Faraday cage trailers is practically impossible. While I'm aware of high-quality devices like the Wee Boost, which can significantly improve WiFi reception for around $500, I'm on the lookout for a more budget-friendly solution. Has anyone found or created a less expensive alternative that's just as effective?

Been there. Our tear has an all aluminum frame and is not quite a Farady cage but an external antenna is necessary much of the time. This does require a hotspot with antenna port or something like the WeBoost Drive Reach or Drive Sleek (older). With a bunch of adapters and with a omni or directional antenna mounted on a telescopic painter pole mast we have yet to be in a place where we can not get enough signal.
