Oh, I understand now. Well just take a couple more 1x2's and build yourself an inside frame for around your fantastic vent. And if you round the corners nicely, you won't hurt yourself either. :shock:

I've been thinking the same thing Jim. I may just do that over the summer. If you get the air from the outside you should notice a 10 to 15 degree drop I think. Plus you could switch it for winter time use and heat the tear. Better get a solar panel for it. It will suck the battery in about 4 to 6 hours.
