I just learned how to do it yesterday. Real easy:

Just upload your pics to your personal gellery. Open that image full size in your gallery, select and copy the full URL in the top of the window, now close that image.

Go to compose your post, click on the "Img" button above (it's right above where you're entering yout text), paste that URL you just copied, and click the "Img" button again.

Now just compose your message. Or compose and insert the image after.

just click on Album->Your personal gallery->Upload Pic

Forget the [url] tag. Just open the picture in your gallery, select and copy the url in that window, and just use [img], paste that text, and then [img] again when you compose your post.

What I typically do is copy and paste the URL of the photo in the message... then I highlight the entire URL and hit the Img button. It automatically puts the front and back tags on for me in one fell swoop!
