not sure what type of 12 wheels you have, but for my bolt together HF frame, I haven't found anything - mainly because the rim itself doesn't have the protrusions to allow a normal "cap" to attach itself.

please, if anyone knows of a way around this, I am all ears!

ceebe, those are the best option I have seen - I will be checking again to see if they might be adaptable

Bigmcgiv,
I emailed the Moon Co. a while back when I was thinking of using their wheel cover. The guy said that they make a disc that uses small screws to attach the disc to the wheel. I'm guessing that you drill a amall hole in the rim lip and attach it. He indicated that is how they initally attached them years ago.
They responded quickly to my question.

I have a set of 12" snap-ons from Moon that I'm looking to sell. They are brand new and in the box. I still have the receipt. I'm going to use 14" wheels after all. If you are interested, let me know. I can give them to you for their original cost. I'll pick up the shipping since I'd of paid to ship 'em back anyway. I'll check the invoice tonight.
