WHAT TO SEAL THE ROOF PLYWOOD

Hello all....
I'm at the point in my standee project where I am ready to install a roof.
http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69081
My standee measures 6 x 10, so a single sheet of plywood will not cover my roof.
As with the floor, the sheets will be side to side rather than lenghtways.
my question is......what to seal it with?
My sheeting is 3/8 cdx plywood. I used "the mix" on my walls. I have a gallon of TB2 that I was gonna do PMF along with burlap, then paint it. Not sure how well the tb will adhere to the ply if i first applied a coat of the mix to it.
I dont want to have to replace a rotted roof a few years down the road....
Any suggestions??

I used rubber roofing.

Hmmm....never thought about that. I can see a sheen on your roof plywood/luan.
Is that 50/50 mix or Titebond?
Also....is that HVAC metal tape your using on the edges??

It gets glued down with a special contact cement made just for the rubber. If it is above eye level, as mine is, you can't get a more weather proof roof.
