Here's my work in progress;
It's a mini modernistic, with a trolley top to give it a bit of height and light

Thank you Scot,
I'm glad you like it so far.
I've had a few weeks off from the build due to other commitments, including some major work on Thypod. I'm hopeing to get on top of things this weekend, then i can crack on with the trolley top
The Aluminum should be delivered in the morning.

You are rocking my world! That is far, far too cool for school. It's like discovering F=Ma, or the world isn't flat,.... it changes everything!
What must I do now? A complete project rethink is necessary. If not for #01, certainly for #02. I need to sit down, let the gyros settle a bit...

mike--that's a great looking teardrop. is it a 5x10 side profile or bigger? what profile do you call that--sor of a modernistic morph? very nice--i'd like to see more of your pics. i'm planning to build a tear with either a 4x10 or 5x10 side profile? i like the longer look as it will match the slope of my vintage 544 volvo. cheers--ted

I like the side profile of the unit at the top of page two. It is a first build from tears&sweat. I PM'd him for details. Does anyone know if his was built from a specific model? I'd like to obtain plans.
