Source for foam/fiberglass panels?

Postby Richrad » Wed Dec 21, 2022 11:08 pm

Anybody got a source for fiberglass/foam panels? Many store-bought RV's are made out of this stuff, but I'm having trouble finding it on my side of the planet. Probably don't need it more than an inch thick. I know I could laminate my own w filon and XPS, but sadly I'm just too lazy. The stuff I'm talking about is usually 1 to 2" thick XPS, with a smooth gel coated fiberglass layer 1/16" or so on each side.

The Supply House I got my aluminum from had a 1” insulation board with anodized aluminum sheet on each side.
I forget what it was called, but give PJ Ryan in Canton, MA a ring and they’ll tell you the product name, so you can track it down if it would be helpful.

Carboncore is one source. I know they have an east coast operation but not sure about a west coast one.
