Hey folks,

I'm trying out this guest map... Let me know what you think. Should I make it part of T&TTT?

 Looks good to me, it would also be nice if you could get an email address (or link to one) when clicking on an icon. That would make it a lot easier to contact someone living in an area you have a question about.

Nice feature. How about being able either to delete a marker or change location once it has been entered. :applause:

Unfortunately the script I downloaded is not that powerful. On the otherhand, you can always email me the information and I can update the database, or delete your entry so you can add it again.

Looks good Mike!

I see Andrew's living in the middle of the ocean. Maybe we'll have to get together and build him a raft!

Okay tdthinker_asian... yes it's grate! I have Nick looking at the undefined error. Hopefully we can resolve the issues and integrate it successfully into the mainstream portion of the forum. Alas, I was looking for your entry, and didn't find it. The data that you enter now will be kept for the mainstream guestmap, so don't be shy... Tell us all where you live... or at least the nearest big city.

I should ask Dean if we should do special icons for the map. Dean???

I didn't know where else to put him... maybe if we re-arrange the atlas, and put Olde England in the middle of the ocean??? :?

Mike...

P.S. There, he's back on land!!! Is that better!!!

Well, I went to place my icon on Nashville, but it's got me somewhere around Bermuda. And I can't change it so I guess it's a one shot deal.

David,

I moved you out of the ocean, and back into TN. Feel better now?

Mike,

That's much better. I see England is quite a bit closer to the east coast now. It'll make visiting a lot easier!

I know that it's simple, but....... maybe...... you should put some instructions......ummm....... on the map page.......cuz......well......it took me a while to figure out.

Now........ where did I put my glass of wine? :FNP

Mike,

How about the northern part of Canada, the Territories, and Alaska?

Move the I to the begining of the sentence and change the question mark to an exclamation point.

(Yes, You Should!)

The icons are fine, small... but remember when people start getting stacked up in populated areas... small is good. How about a map that takes up the full window, so you can insert places like Alaska and other areas? (Membership stretches throughout eight countries at the present time)

BTW- What do you think of the new Emocicons?
Larry seems to like them.
