Thanks. My favorite though was actually the SuperChief (tied with my Cabin Car), which got no votes at all. Guess you can never tell what people will like. My single favorite element is the table top in the Belevedere which slides both out and in.

Way to go Shrug!
So when are you going to build it?

Congrats to everyone who entered. There were some great ideas. My fav which was not my own was the 2+2 Very clever, though I would make it about 6" to 12" taller. It never even occured to me that a kid would need les sleeping room than an adult, but I guess so, right in to thier teens probably.
I would sure like to know what people found so appealing about the B-17. Was it just the shape? Because some of my other designs certainly had some more functional elements, like the belvedere.
Anyway I got a few great ideas from others that I will probably work in to some future designs.

Shrug,
Congratulations. The thing I find most fascinating with the B-17 is it's very unusual shape. Lots of people like airplanes and a trailer that looks like a plane is pretty cool.

Now that's something I haven't seen while traveling down the road!

Congrats Shrug! Cool design.

Here's a wierd thing. I had just finished reading about your winning design. I logged off and went outside with my camera to take some shots of the progress on my trailer. All of a sudden I hear the sound of big, powerful, prop engines. Lo and behold--what comes flying over my garage but...

It's a strange world.
The tiny trailer in the avatar is designed to carry our recumbents and sometimes sleep in. We LOVE having a kitchen in the woods and a place for most of our gear.

Congratulations Shrug!

I thought for sure your saturation strategy would backfire!

Congrats Shrug!

I'd like to be a sore loser, but it was a lot of fun to see all the great designs! What would be really neat is to see some of them get built.

Shrug,

I would have voted for it but I was to late. It looks alittle like a Kamp Master.

Had to find a computer that would let me see all the pictures. I took a Mac lap top G5 to do it but by then it was history (with out me). Maybe one day I will find out how to post my ideas visually.
