Down for a couple hours tomorrow morning...

Postby mikeschn » Mon Jan 30, 2006 6:26 pm

I got this email from my provider today...

This e-mail is informing you that we will be conducting power related upgrades in our Clifton Park, NY facility between 6:00AM and 8:15AM Eastern Time on Tuesday January 31, 2006. These upgrades are necessary to support growing power demands resulting from our rapid growth.

During that timeframe, there will be two short service interruptions for all customers. We will work to make these interruptions as short as possible to minimize the impact. You do not need to report outages during this timeframe.

We appreciate your patience and continued confidence as we continue to rapidly grow. Have a great weekend!

So yea, we'll probably be down for a couple hours tomorrow morning...

Damned... I was gonna get up at 3:00 AM PST to get my fix, but I guess I'll just have to sleep in until 5:15 AM.

WHEW! Now maybe I'll get to sleep in for a little while! Thanks for the heads up! :clapping hands:

The tension between what is good enough and what is beyond that creates the space for character to become our work.

Hey, that's serious - that's about the time (nearing midday here) that I use the excuse of catching up with last night's postings to get a sit-down in the warm...
