Off-Roaming Teardrop.

Still in design phase.
Having lots of fun with the design.
Using Autodesk Inventor. I can build every individual part and put together.
Should be under 1000lbs pretty easily.

Inventor is da bomb. I opted for Fusion 360, but Inventor is a much more mature program.

I don't know the dimensions of your cabinetry, but make sure you're not reaching more than 30 inches into the galley to the back of the cabinets, unless you're half gorilla and have super-long arms.

An alternative to a hinged or trapdoor galley counter to access the hidden rear cabinets are cargo doors. See one of the pictures in my signature post as an example.

I love the profile. It's hard to design a profile with 90-degree corners front and back that looks good, but that one does! Reminds me of a Timberleaf teardrop.
