Hello All.

I am finally on the way and building my trailer.
Have built the outside walls and frame for the walls so far. I will post pictures as soon as I have the walls mounted.

The design is a bit different. I have a round nose and a skyligt on the roof planned, but I will keep you updated as it proceeds.

Well, I only have a few pictures so far.
If you look in the background you can see the floor. The brown board leaning against the shelf.

I have a little friend that lives in my workshop

I cant get it to work with the pictures. How do you load pictures on this site?

EDIT: I found a solution to the problem. I have uploaded the pictures to my album, and things worked out fine

Shane...WELCOME...the way you put your pics up should have worked...not sure why it didn't unless it has something to do with "hotlinking" from across the pond(or a ghost in the machine)...I see y'all are part of the TAPS family...Ghost Hunters is the Wife's favorite show...are you planning to use the TD in your investigations or just for recreation..........

Hi Madjack

Its proberly a ghost in the machine. "Who are you gonna call?" :D

The way I see it now at this time of the construction, we might use it on investigations and I will certently use it for camping trips.

The trailer is going to be 115 X 300 cm or close to 4 X 10 feet. Its a narrow trailer but I hope the design will look better this way. I have ordered a skylight dome that is 45 cm or nearly 2 feet hign. That will give me enough room to stand up inside the trailer.

My basic idea is a UFO type of trailer. I am thinking about some sort of windows in the front. Maybe the shape of alien eyes to make it more UFO like.

is that a domesticated hedgehog or a wild one?

Its a wild one that lives in my shop. I am not sure how he gets in and out but he likes to stroll around a night when I am building. He can come as close as 3 feet from me and just watches me work

...take a look at the Camp-Inn Raindrop 560 Ultra or the AirStream BaseCamp for some nice "Cylon" type windows.........

I tried to find the right angle for the front end with a loose board.

Got some work done this weekend. The first layer of plywood is now mounted on the front end. Looks pretty good and gives a good idea on the design I have chosen.
It will not be easy to finish this front end, but I have a whole week to think about how I am gonna solve it.

Thanks Miriam
Its my first teardrop, and I need to invent a lot of ideas along the way.

I am looking for a good name for it. Being a paranormal investigator I would like to find a name that points in that direction.
The trailer will have two windows in the front that looks like the eyes from the Alien logo.
I hope to make it look like a UFO when its finished. :D
