Outdoor Shower

Postby PUPTENT » Mon Jan 24, 2005 1:21 pm

Anyone have any experience and/or comments about portable hot shower machines? Tentrax.com has an Extreme Shower listed for $195 and ajprindle.com has an Outdoor Shower Solution listed for $192. Anyone have any experience with any other commercial showers?

Thanks!!!

Thanks, Guy. Great website and products :)

I did my homework, put SHOWERS on the search, and came up with a ton of information.

Thanks again for your help. :applause:

Can vouch for Zodi... works well & hot water is instant. As expected, though, water pressure is low. I have the Traveler # 6184.
Paid $75.00 (on sale) at a local outdoor store.
eBay has them from time-to-time....

I have the Colman unit that I bought at Sams'. It works well when tentcamping. I have not finished my tear, so I can not coment on its use there. I have installed an outside spicket in case I want to use the water in the tank. Usualy I just suck the water out of a 5 gal bucket.

:R
My 2 cents worth.

I used my Cabelas privacy shelter/shower but didn't wait for shower bag to warm up some times so I would heat up water and poor it in the solar bag 8)

Solar Showers

Postby Guy » Wed Jan 26, 2005 9:29 pm

Hi All,

Wal-mart started selling solar showers, 5 gallon with a hook and shower head.

Just 7 dollars.
