When I saw the heading I was thinking more along the lines of http://www.irv2.com/ with the predominantly large motor home and fifth wheel trailer bunch. I understand high density housing, would not want it, (no place to park the teardrop) and dealing with neighbors who are less than thoughtful. We lived in an apartment in San Diego and the two guys above us were blasters, as in dynamite placed in holes, and would come home and drop their steel toed boots from some place around the roof.

I think it is good that some are forward thinkers, but when "facts" such as this are posted;

“The world population is increasing at 1.8% year by year. In the near future, land, energy, climate may breach the critical point.”

It seems that solving population growth and where the food for all these people will come from is more critical than housing. :thinking:

The article also noted that;
they’re also going to include 930,000 square feet of interior vertical organic farms.

Sounds like a good start.
If someone can design a workable truly self sustained complex, they might have something.
