Spotted a silver shadow

In Las Vegas at the grocery store just two blocks from my house! Washington plates I think. I waited around a few minutes to say hello, but nobody showed up. Anybody want to claim it as theirs?

Not mine, but those are Oregon plates. Not quite Washington, but close.
