Spring has Sprung out West

Postby Redneck Teepee » Thu Apr 17, 2014 10:04 pm

It was sunny and 85 in Central California today and I'm ready for some serious camping. The wife and I got the garden planted with Tomato's, Pepper's, Pickling Cucumbers, Water Mellon's and Cantaloupes. Just have to roll out and hook up the auto water system and we will be ready to vacate to the hills. I know all of you in the mid-west and east have had one hell of a winter and are still thawing out.
Anybody else got their garden in yet?

Last year I was in the ground the day after Mother's Day. I'm a little behind but not in panic mode yet. Looking forward to time in the hills also.

Yeah it's hot here in so cal, and I've already got 5 ca ping trips in, in 2014  outside of high winds I'll camp in any weather. Just be prepared. A little adversity creates memorable adventures.
