Boy Do I!... That was my Saturday afternoons. I had a blue 63' split window Vette with white racing stripes painted by none other than myself. I did the straight line drag racing off the end into a cotton (if I remember correctly) filled box. I believe we had oval and figure 8 tracks also ( basic shape/design), but that's been at least 50 plus yrs ago, you are taxing what brain cells I have left. Good times of my youth remembered by this post.

Thanks for the memories! :D  :D

I still have my cars. I was on team Russkit and also had sponsorship from Murra motors (always had a box of motors. It was no big deal to burn one up or two. ;)

Anyone ever rewind their motor. That would warm up those hand controllers.

Yes, rewound all my motors. Pick up speed and lose braking! I now have some digital tracks that you need to stop for gas.

I had a Alfa Romeo. (James, James Bond). Had Candies on the back for more traction! And that swing arm for the brushes....only car I've ever owned I could get up on two wheels! 8) Coyote

There's one in Edgewood Washington http://pacificslotcarraceways.com/Home.php between Tacoma & Seattle.
Might go there sometime with an old friend who I use to slot race with in San Diego.
He recently moved to the Olympia area.
I don't have any cars left, but their rental rate seems reasonable.
Could be a lot of fun. :D Danny
