Mines a white plastic tefal.
Most of the all steel ones tend to bend to the point of uselessness or the gears strip out second can

Thanks Everybody !!! We’re off to the store this morning to see what we can find... :D

Ps. We did disassemble the Farberware opener and found a plastic shaft and a soft metal drive gear ... even carefully re-assembled , nothing really fit and those that did were sloppy...(Chinese Junk)

That’s a Beauty Rob !!! 8)

While doing the grocery shopping (Wal mart) I did find the Made in USA can opener , and after a quick inspection , I bought it ... ( a test) It seemed to be much better made than any of the Chinese others , of which there were many ... :roll: real metal shaft, sharp gears , good fit , smooth operating ... :thumbsup:
We’ll see how this works out ... and report back if it doesn’t ...
