About three years ago I was bitten by one tick while camping up in the Maryland/Delaware area in my Tear Drop on friends property. It was when I got home I noticed it and had my wife try to extract it (it was on my left cheack area) no, not my face!
Most of my aches and pains started shortly after that, including the fatigue and lazy ness. I told my Navy Doctor about it and asked for a blood test, which was done but I am pretty sure that it was not as thorough as civilian Doctors, The test never showed any sign of Lyme Disease!! Now that I turned 65 this year, I go to the civilian Docs for everything now that Medicare kicked in. Next visit next week I will ask for a better blood test.
This may have something to do with my operation last week, had Back Surgery for removal of some bone and fat around the L-3/L-4/L-5 for the pressure on my Sciatica nerve plus the tingling from my waist to my toes!
Yeah, I was in pretty bad shape. After one week since the operation I have no tingling in my legs and feet. It should be another week or two till I get the full results and less pain all together.
