I did do some BKool rides Monday. I was going to start with an easy warm up ride.. but then got "playing" with another rider.. and rode harder than I had planned. I took a very short break.. then went back for a hard ride. I rode this one pretty hard [as planned]. I had originally planned on doing more.. but was feeling sort of spent.. so I figured it might be best, not to do more. THEN Laurie came home and was going to ride. She said she was going to do something easy.. so I thought I would join her… well her easy was a little further than I had planned… I did do it.. but really had a hard time during it… or a hard time going fast anyways.

Today I had a delivery to do for work.. otherwise.. sitting… reading… figuring.. and I did a bit of stretching.

Snow coming tonight… although for right here it does not sound "serious".

Snow this morning. I was expecting 3" to 4' and it is closer to 8" Which mostly just means I needed to get up to clean the driveway [at 5:00am] so my wife could get to work.

I do this with a small tractor and rear snowblower. :snow Fortunately It wasn't real cold… or very windy.

Although I was still thinking this morning.. a cab and heat would be awesome… a blade on the front would be good also. This storm would have been easier to clean up with a blade. [only 8"]. 8)

I have most of the snowblowing done. I do have some shoveling yet to do. 4 barn doors to clean out, rear deck and a couple of other entrance door ways. I might end up most of the day just doing that and some housework.. so maybe no projects today.

More snow again today… still snowing now. They are saying maybe 6" for us out of this one.
I have been doing some odds and ends of little projects.

I had to re-wire one of our living room lamps. I did more work on our Pain Cave [our bike trainer area] I picked up new cadence sensors and installed them. I also got Laurie a pulse monitor. These have been paired to their respective computers. I also build Laurie a keyboard/ mouse, drawer shelf. I also picked up some matts, to place under the bikes [so the carpet doesn't get gross' :NC 8)

I picked up some lumber for some cabinet doors for the bathroom. I will work on them around our plastering project.

Had a reshuffle in the shed today. Dug the red Capri out of the back of the shed. We need to get a warrant of fitness on it and get it registered as we are off to "The Naki" (Taranaki) with the TD, Waitangi Weekend, for the Capri Club Summer Camp. :vroom:

More snow clean up. Plowing.. snowplowing and shoveling. I mounted a clock on the ceiling of my gym. For some exercises .. mostly isometric stuff I measure time.. and things like lying on the floor with a kettle bell in hand [like at the top of a bench press] I can't see my other clocks. I did paint the end of the second hand on this and another clock to help with this. The one over head is easy enough to see it wasn't needed, the one on the far wall it didn't help. :NC

I did a weight workout while Laurie and a friend went out for a snowshoe.

I did some maintenance on my tractor. There are places on the back end that loosen up. I also just put a ratchet and the few sockets I need for that in the tractors tool box. So I don't have to go to the shop for them.. figuring out what sizes etc.

I am getting set up to get back to that plastering project again. Staging, and ladder set up.. got my recipe… lights.. plastic and drop cloth. I am not sure if my masonry cement is any good or not. I might need to pick up some fresh stuff.

I did get a batch of plaster done yesterday.. and was hoping to start again this morning. I had trouble with my work lights and spent a good part of the morning fixing that. I did get a batch done this afternoon. I am taking it easy to start with.. for it is fairly physical I am working at the top of the dome.. so I am working directly overhead. I am doing plaster.. a portland cement based mix.. that I am applying with a hawk and trowel.

I was hoping for a good hammer on the bike.. but I am not feeling all that good. I still hope to ride.. but not sure how hammery it will be. 8)
