I'm not very fond of Win 10 right now. I just migrated my gaming rig back to Win 7 as WIn 10 never accepted the last big update and hadn't installed *any* updates for a month or two. Interestingly enough, Passmark says Win7 is faster by around 15% so I won't be updating anytime soon.

After my old desktop died, and my wife gave me her Vista laptop (so she could get a much better one). I had Windows '98 on the desktop, and a lot of MS games (I especially liked the Air Combat series), and others for Windows '98. With Vista, and all the way up to 10, I couldn't play them, and started just using the PC for forums and research (I didn't even watch You Tube until 3-4 years ago). I really hate the direction MS went with Windows... not user friendly, too commercially-driven, and planned obsolescence (even for their own software and games). I've had more problems just since the Windows 10 upgrade? than for all the other versions, combined. Glad to hear that the forced updates/upgrades are to stop. I've lost a few MB of work to forced updates I was unaware of. I am very forgetful of saving my work....
