Everything (and more) that you ever wanted to know about the humble flashlight.

Haha don't call it a humble flashlight over there! Some people over there buy helicopter searchlights and wire them up to deep cycle battery BANKS to power them...serious flashlight talk there, but lots of good information to getting a quality flashlight.

Anyhow, why do you find it interesting there is a whole forum dedicated to flashlights? I mean, to many people have no clue teardrop campers exist or that there is a forum dedicated to building/buying teardrops and tiny travel trailers....

A few more of those and we'll be complaining about light pollution in the campgrounds. I thought that's why we go camping, to get away from bright lights. Just my 2 cents.

I am, but I joined to ask suggestions for a bright flashlight when I worked third shift security. It eventually broke though, and I haven't posted on there cause I'm not really into flashlights.
