If you have a volt meter, hook it up and see what type pf voltage you end up with as a starting point. Without the specs, the best case scenario is to find a similar one online & see what the power output is rated for that size. If you can't find the exact one, just compare surface areas and divide to see approximate watts. This isn't correct, but it should get you in the ball park. You can also send off for a real current flow meter (like the Tenergy Watts UP) which will give the exact output.
