Adding Electrical to a Little Guy Double Wide - Fan Wires?

I have an '06 Little Guy Double Wide (6' wide) with no electrical system from the factory.

I've built a 12V/120v system that I'm installing along with a shelf inside. I was planning on just running a wire on the ceiling to a Maxxfan in the vent, but when I took the old vent out, I unexpectedly found what look to be power wires going to the opening in the roof.

Does anyone have any idea where these go on the other end? I've searched around various forums online, and I found one reference saying that the wire goes to a box at the front of the frame on the drivers side, but I don't have that at all-all I have is a tube that the 4-wire running light wires go through before they route to the back of the trailer in the kitchen. I checked at the back also, and don't see any wires other than the ones for the lights.

I'm happy with the way I planned it, but it would be cooler to not have a wire across the ceiling.

I wonder if you could follow the wires behind the fiberglass walls with some sort of metal detector?

Harbor Freight has a cable tracker...maybe this is an opportunity to buy a potentially cool tool.

Do a search using electric wire tracer. Quite an assortment

Just to follow up, I did not end up trying to trace the wire, and instead ran the wire from inside the cabinet to the fan.

I was able to fish wires from the new light to the vent opening, so at least those wires are hidden.
