replace little guy 5 wide 2010 power cable to tow vehicle

looking for suggestions as to model number and where to buy a replacement cable for my little guy 5 wide.

the existing cable plug in has split blades on the plug in and is not making a good contact to the tow vehicle.

I use this one. But maybe your trailer already has a junction box.

I always treat mine with a squirt of dielectric grease in each contact to eliminate corrosion.
