Food stuff goes in the 'chuck box' inside tow rig,
Clothes, bedding go on interior shelves in small baskets,
Dry goods, cookware, utensils, fuel go in galley cabinets,
Attachments, tables, chairs & 'stuff' go in tongue box.

I tow with my Honda Accord, so I keep most everything in the Jewel Box.

As far as interior, I would suggest keeping the first aid kit in there ... experience of waking up at 2 am needing something.

I keep one big mag lite flash light... long and skinny, and set it up right in the corner of the 'headboard' Cabinets over the foot area keep clothes , toiletry bag, towels. But I also ALWAYS have a deck of cards, rain ponchos and pair of knit gloves ... for cold mornings.
I've also gotten to where I like to keep one pair of jeans, one longsleeve shirt or sweatshirt and one each of tshirt, shorts, undies and socks.
Handy for a spontaneous trip in case I forgot something!

We keep two pair of leather work gloves in the tool box in front. Yeah, we've used them for pot holders or to get a dutch oven off the coals. Gloves are always a good idea.
