My wife came up with an idea that may actually work (I hate when that happens, she is planning projects while I have the ones in work).

While rebuilding a Puck we decided to not install the propane bottle and stove. She has fears of leaking gas and I think it is a bit small to cook in anyway. The galley arraignment on a classic teardrop is great but I don't have that option on this. I think we will start out with portable barbecues for cooking and a George Forman grill and microwave when using shore power.

She came up with the idea of a chuck box type arraignment with a stove and gas supply in it I haven't done any layout ideas yet but it could be a full size propane bottle and a two burner stove top or maybe the smaller bottles and backpacking stoves. It would stay in the back of our small pickup during a trip. It would also be a good place for pots, pans and whatever else I can think up for storage.
