Little Inverter and Our Home Blender
Posted: Sun Jun 11, 2006 11:58 pmJean brought an old blender with us last camping trip since she thought the 120V plugs worked all the time. I have a Coleman 200W inverter but I thought for sure the blender would overload the inverter. Checked the blender wattage - 400 watts. The inverter is rated at 200w continuous and 400w for 2 minutes. Much to my surprise the blender worked. I think I paid $25 for the inverter. Now the old blender we were going to give to Goodwill has a permanent spot in the trailer.
