I finally received my custom trailer!
It turned out to be a little wider than expected (my fault communicating with the manufacture). The good news is after the walls are up I’ll have 6’ of bunk space (similar to the camp inn 560). This means my kids wont out grow the bunk. Or even a small adult could sleep there on a fishing trip etc.
What I’m worried about is that the width of my F-150 is about 73” and the trailer width is 78”. To make in worse as you go up past the bed the cab of the truck decreases making that 78” wide trailer more of a wind sock vs an aerodynamic Camper. My goal was to try and preserve my MPG’s as much as possible.
Any build suggestions to help keep the aerodynamics even though I’m gonna be a tad wider that the truck??
Thanks in advance for the advice
