I really appreciate the offers guys....now if we could only pack up at least a D6 Cat and get it on the airlines too we'd really be cooking...however, I do have a couple of chain saws that are in dire need of operators, and plenty of timber to be cut, limbed and bucked into 16" rounds...gonna leave the large trees, just thin and cut the smaller stuff for the road, splitter operators are welcomed also....hopefully I can get some of the local guys to skid out the timber. Unfortunately the snow is going to fly real soon, so the plan is to start in the early spring, but first we need to close on the property. It sits right behind a Restaurant, C-store, gas station that we already have acquired. The plan is to put in some dry cabins for the snowmobilers/ hunters, tourists, add to the # of RV sites for the larger pull throughs, and a number of tent and of course Tear Drop sites...fortunately the road is being worked on so will have a crew of trucks and equipment nearby, and they seem to be real interested in side work, as they paved the parking lot last weekend. But alas, it wasn't for just a lunch....  Doug
Hijack yeah....but it was my thread!!!

Bruce...what I'm planning on doing is that anyone that shows up with a tear gets to camp a couple of nights free...but that doesn't work if a load of people show up on a major holiday...hey, I gotta pay the bills...Doug

Sign me up. I may be the closest help you have. I may also have a few contacts for machine operators, carpenters, sheet rockers, etc... I seem to be meeting a lot of them lately.

Doug, With all the offers you've had, I've noticed the supervisory dept. is sadly lacking  Send the ticket and I'll be there ASAP 8)
Cheers
Paul
