Do the Red Trailers ever go on sale?

Just wondering if the Red trailers ever go on sale? Lately have been thinking I'd build 5 x 8 instead of 4 x8 and go with a Red trailer instead of HF for the more standard wheel bearings. Also what would be the different floor heights if I do/don't flip the axle?

Any thoughts / opinions?
