Northern Tools 5x8 frame

That is the frame I purchased also for $299. I did have one problem with it. With just a few bricks loaded on it the crossmember where the hitch attaches started to bend and twist. I searched and found the same problem listed in another thread somewhere. What I did to fix it was had a 5' piece of 2x2 square tubing welded behind the crossmember that the hitch attaches to and had the hitch welded to the frame so It could not pivot on the 2 bolts holding it in place. This solved the problem.

I will be using the holes at the end of the square tubing to hold the trailer lighting that had to be moved because of my floor.

Hope this helps.

It isn't on their web site. It is in store only. Sorry.

Hi, I just took a quick look through the Northern Tool paper catalog and could not find them, either.

The Northern Tool customer service phone number for "Product Orders or Information" is 1-800-533-5545.

The item number & description, off the invoice for the one I bought, is as follows:

Item # 125976 - 5x8 Utility Landscape Trailer #2000 G.V.W.R.

Hope this helps!

The 299 was a sale price right? Is it still on sale? Anyone know the regular price?
