Dexter Torflex Axles

Postby RLG-GSG » Tue Jul 29, 2014 4:32 pm

Hi all,

Trying to find axle options for a home build. I plan to use existing frame from a Palomino Colt popup but I want to up sizes the wheels and get away from the 12" ones.

Has anybody got thoughts on the Torflex axles? What might be the best way to mount them if I don't need the leaf springs anymore?

Thanks,

George

I have the Dexter axles on our tear but given a choice I would get a Flexride http://www.ucfamerica.com/flexiride.html the reason is that the height is adjustable and with the Dexter you have to get the angle right as it can not can not be adjusted.

Shadow Catcher,

I like the idea of adjustable. The flexiride axles sound good. Do you or anyone have experience with the "Half axles" by flexiride?
