Few questions

Postby haha49 » Tue May 31, 2016 5:40 pm

I was wondering how do people attach the teardrop to the trailer it self. I'm trying to figure the best slash simple way to do it. I also need some suggestions on a trailer I want something smaller and light weight I want to build something like what you see people on motor bikes hauling. I plan on hauling it with a light duty car so I'm planing on simple and light weight materials so it's plywood and fiberglass I want to be able to pick it up

3/8" bolts. About six or eight for a 5 x 10.

8 - 3/8" stainless bolts through the wall, then vertical leg of the frame, and then the floor. All sandwiched with Pl construction adhesive.

Seems somewhat reasonable and simple enough to do. Next question would be what trailer I want something light weight and no wider then 67.5 in or 5.62ft that way it's not wider then the tow car. Weight is a big considerations so alunium trailer seems like a better choice.

Used a Northern Tool, no floor landscape trailer. Made of angle iron, had the tongue mod done to it with the diagonals welded to the front leaf spring mounts.
