I haul my TD with a Ford Ranger...

My son has some extra tires/wheels for Ranger/Bronco...so this evening I tried some 15" and 16" rims on the TSC trailer.
The rims fit on with good clearance...the complete tire/rim assy will require raising or changing the fenders...just a bit..

Guess I'll do that !

Correction on that last post..
After review, decided to go with the original 12" tires....modified hitch upwards 6" so I can use a ball directly on the bumper.

Today I lengthened frame by 24"..I added 9" on the rear and spliced 15" where the footwell will be.

I was grateful for the hot rolled frame...used some 2" L-stock..1/8" thick and it blended in perfectly for a splice...reinforced splice with 1/4"X1" flat stock.

Used the old Lincoln stick welder 3/32" rod #6013 at 90 amps...
