Hello from Western Pa

Hello to all of you,

I am a neighbor of parivercat. He did make a nice teardrop. Once he finally quit procrastinating for 3 years, lol, he finally made his first dream. Now I must say that he has many talents, but one that stands out, is working with wood, he has also done whittling.

So needless to say, because we are good friends, gave him some help building his teardrop, with loan of tools, bouncing of ideas, and extra hands when needed. His maiden voyage was made possible, by my loaning to him, of my utility trailor that is 4x8.

My hobbies are camping, fishing, and gardening. We currently own a 1979 pop-up with the pvc slide outs, and it is well used, and in need of repairs and or replacing at some point, and building one of these just might be the ticket. Will be looking for some good ideas here, to possibly make that possible. Keith

Welcome to the board, there's a lot of great people and great ideas here. Use caution though, or you'll end up suffering from information overload just like I did. BTW, I'm also from PA, near Gettysburg/Chambersburg. I'm picking up my very first tear this Sunday. I'd love to get something organized in our area for 2007.

Keystone State Park, AAA campbook says 100 sites on 1200 acres, open 4/30-11/1. reservations suggested. A lot of things listed under leisure activities. Count my wife and me in.
