Howdy,
Dave and Karin Driver here. We're new to this Forum, although we have been over on the Dark Side for a while. ;)

We have a Yoder Toter White Phantom 5x10. We love camping and all that goes with it. I am a retired modelmaker/draftsman/designer and my wife is a working college student.

We are looking forward to gatherings and old friends we haven't yet met.

Regards,
Dave & Karin

Hey, yeah! You look vaguely familiar....no, WAIT...It's becoming more vague!!!

The knee is every bit as bad as you would expect, but we have hopes that it will improve enough to hit some of the gatherings. Trying to dream up some kind of portable electric vehicle for scooting around the campsites.!!??
How was Cloudland? Did you come home early?

Welcome, Dave and Karin. You already know how much fun we all have with out teardrops and vintage trailers, and hope you do get involved in attending some of the local gatherings in your area. Oh yes, I remember NC, got lost there once while full timing in my motorhome some years ago. Seems some of the smaller roads aren't on any maps, or at least any that I had at the time.

Hook up that Yodder Todder and come on out to the West coast and attend the Dam Gathering, the Lake Perris Gathering and the IRG this summer. Everyone should check out these premier events at sometime.

Roly,
Thanks for the welcome. We would love to travel west, but it's still just in the talking stages. Karin is not yet retired and is recovering from her third knee operation. The full recovery will take a long time. So, any camping we do will have to be "local" for a while.

I really like your Woody Camper. You are right about the roads here. Someone should market a "cow path directory" for this state. We moved here from Florida two years ago. Even my Garmin got lost!
Regards,
Dave
