You could heat a section of pipe and reshape the profile from round to triangular to fit the interior shape of your box.

it seams I'm not to bad when I make itmeet the upper part :
164639

I need to get some " L " aluminium to glue edges
but thanks to "france patial enhanced lockdown for anybody don't really know why"© :?
shops are closed.

Anyway, I succeed to find sika auto/marine
for aluminium parts, I found some on second-hand website
I should get them in an hour ( and f**k government) :D

Going on with my build !
lower part is now made, trailer is not here at my home, I plan to go an evening this week to attach this.

164657
For 135° angle, I printed basic parts, 2 more are needed for each side, this is for tomorrow

164658
Front aluminium L band it there for style, panel is fold at this place :)
For this strip, I was lazy to make it in a single folded part... nevemind, it's a cargo trailer

Thanks to Sika AM, aluminium, pop rivet and "unperpendicular sides", rigidity is really good :D

it looks good :)

For the moment, it is not attached, just putted on tongue
I will not attach it until I found a good hinge for upper part.

Hi !
Thanks to a few days off with a bit of sun, I succeed to build the front part of the trailer.
Almost as like on the plan :D inside gluing on frames is a bit dirty in upper part, due to sika auto-marine is long to dry
165199
No hurricane hinge but 4 stainless-steel hinge of 10cm glued and poped on frames.
For waterproofing, I'll add a kind of rubber tape over thes hinges, this should do the work.
This box will contains scuba suits, 100% waterproofing is not really required, anyway bottom part is neither waterproof, so water will leave.
More picture soon, I need to add some things to lock cover, and maybe cut a part of cover to reduce weight, right now, it overlaps 32cm on bottom one
