Looking forward to participating in the forum. I'm currently pondering building a teardrop -- I'm getting to decrepit to tent camp and don't want to give up camping all together. I'm trying to decide on an 8 or 10 ft trailer -- 8 foot would be long enough for except that I'd like a place for our dog to sleep inside with us.

My .001$ is go with 10x5x5 if you can find the 5x10 plywood if not scab it together put a small storage area between the sleeping area and the galley for ez up and chairs so it can be 12'' wide and you'll still have room for the dog
