Greetings from the UK

Postby UK Teardropper » Mon Feb 05, 2018 2:41 pm

Hello everyone & greetings from England.

I've just joined this amazing forum after watching it for a while.

We seem to be in the minority, having a teardrop trailer in the UK, I'm sure there must be others out there..somewhere :-)

Anyway, unfortunately not having the time to build a teardrop, we bought one, but have made many changes & alterations to it along the way.
The empty trailer weighs 660Lbs & tows like a dream.

Chris & Eileen :-)

Hello from Luxembourg! :)
I think teardrops are not that common in Europe in general, but apparently they are getting more and more common.
I like your teardrop a lot! Do you mind sharing the name of the company you bought it from? I am in the process of buying one, since I can't build my own.

Hi tiiiiii85,
I think you are right, I've not seen any others on the roads here in England.
Our teardrop came as a finished shell & then over time, we've fitted it out.

Bought it from a lovely guy called James, I think he still sells them, have a look at this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/teardrop-car ... SwTM5YuI9P

Hope it's of some help!
