Trying it out

Greetings all,
Just getting started on this forum.
Looking forward to checking out the plethora of clever ideas that abound here.

I have a 2015- 6’x10’x7’h(interior) Forest River cargo trailer- the brand escapes me, due to the COVID it is up in Ak and I am exiled to the lower 48 till spring.
The trailer has a round nose and top, a man door and a cargo ramp.
Plans are for dual purpose use- tool trailer and toy hauler.
To do list:
1) wiring for led lights, a power vent fan, mostly 12v set up- familiar as my cabin up in Ak is all 12v off grid. Solar
2) some 110 for power tools -external 2K Honda most likely
3) insulation
4) Folding shelves and a folding/sectional bunk, up high enough for the 4wheeler to fit under
5) Ladder rack
6) man door latch installed, maybe window
7) electric brakes- stopping is as important as going
8) minimal creature comforts- keep the weight down, the Toyota’s 22R is not happy towing it out to work, a fresh motor and gears will help(already added to the long list of projects)

Tow rigs are varied, a 3/4 diesel Ram, a 98 Tacoma, and an 85 Toyota pickup.

As soon as I get the posting figured out I will attach a few photos.

Trying photos now

Currently the trailer is mainly used to haul my work life out to work and stow the work life out in the driveway over the winter. Saves packing and loading and some searching.
Eventually- next summer, storage shed and small workshop get built and the big parts of the build can begin.

Time to try some photos:
First is the trailer in northern BC on it’s way to Ak:
