:frightened: No idea! . . . except it might be in New Mexico and I couldn't tow it with my Ranger.

Snowmobile trailers are very practical for converting to living space. No wheel wells inside; no fenders outside. Lots of width.

I almost bought this one back in 2007:

8 ft. 6 in. of width, same as the spread of the wheels on my cargo trailer. :frightened:
One needs mirror extensions on the tow vehicle for the snowmobile trailer, and the extra interior width would be considerable. Plus, you'd have two porches (ramps) in fair weather. Needs a side RV door...which I had to install in my cargo trailer anyway.

Looks great if you like towing trailers with 10" tires

14 inch, 10-ply trailer tires, same as my son has on his single-axle, 3,500 lb. cargo trailer, except the snowmobile trailer has four of them. He's driven across country three times loaded.

Minor fantasy: Were I to order one custom, I'd get it with 6 inches extra height, no ramps, just barn doors on the rear, saving a lot of $, 14 ft. long with tandem axles. I'd get the side RV door and a big horizontal slider window just behind the door. I'd put three skylights in it and vent it a crank-up roof vent. Sounds like a vagabond's retirement home that should visit various beach towns in Oregon, California and Mexico.

Good fantasy. I keep having a similar one with a 7X14 and some minor tweaks from what I have now. But, the 6X12 gets the job done, with less weight, easier parking/towing, and its finished and paid for! These things are kinda like boats. "I like this one, but if I had a 22-footer . . ."

I've got 4 of 'em.
And of course, B.O.A.T. Break Out Another Thousand. Converted trailers are way better investments!

 A hole in the water into which you pour money. $>

:D The two happiest days of a rich man's life: The day he gets his yacht and the day he sells his yacht. :D

I had a poor man's yacht and it took me 24 months to build:

After 5 years of use on lakes, rivers and the ocean, I traded it for three big, new gas-powered generators. I almost broke even. Not.

I just put one of these on my CT on the left rear door. On the inside, I wired in a 4-plug surge protector strip.

Now I have them at the front of the trailer and the rear.

Got them from a commercial marine supply store at the coast.
