New toy to put in toy hauler. I have some mods to do and etc., but I will do the T.A.T. in 2019 with my brother and alot of the national parks on this one with my CTC when I hit the road next year.. It is a 2016 KTM-690R (bought very lightly used). Will be able ride the road with this as needed and it is a decent offroad bike, so I only have to take one bike on the road in the CTC. Getting all ready.

On the way back from picking it up.

Thanks... I was looking for either the 690R or the 701. I just found the 690R first. They are pretty much the same anyhow as I understand it. I think the 990 would have been a bit much for me off road with bags and etc..,but it is all a trade off... not as comfortable on the highway. I bet the FE350 is alot of fun!

Well shoot, I only have 2! And I have the DRZ for sale. But only listed it on a forum. I want a 2 stroke dirt bike. Rode both today, likeum both, but miss the 2 stroke sound.

Oh no... getting rid of the DRZ you just put all that work into? I'd have a hard time adjusting my riding style to a 2 stroke these days. I am so use to the engine braking on the thumpers.. I do like the smell of the 2 stroke motorcycle oils for some odd reason. Goes back to my 2 stroke days I suppose. Now, I just put some 2 stroke motorcycle oil in my weed eater and blower and enjoy.

Apparently you can buy candles to get the smell with your favorite oil brand.
I'm not pushing to sell it if it happens good if not good.
I do know that off road stock gearing is to tall. But don't want to loose any speed on pavement because it's perfect. On two tracks and seasonals its great too. If I can figure out how to afford 3 bikes I'll do that.

No way... you gotta give me a link. Not only do I want some... I have a few friends and my son whom that would make a great gift for! Tell me your not just pulling my chain? It would be icing on the cake if they repelled bugs when camping.

No on TT they talked about it, showed pictures. I'll have to ask because I didn't save the info.
I hope it wasn't April 1st when they did
They said Amazon, or Google 2 stroke candles.
